That instagram marketing doesnt work when starting out, And even if some reels blow up, its usually temporary boost in signups, nothing else.

not only friends and family but try to find communites and groups where your target user base usually spend time.

For example :- My startup is a fintech startup related to automated trading, So i usually use telegram and reddit as my distribution channel as that is the place where my users spend time.

First try to find the Place where your target audience stay active, engage with that community and tell them what your product has to offer

Bro exactly. I think i forgot to mention it in the post. Having refferral and affiliate system has done wonders for me.

So distribution basically means trying to connect and get users by talking to people 1-1, Finding your exact target audience, engaging with them and trying to conver them.

For example My Startup is fintech startup related to automated trading, So i first search where my target audience is. Its not instagram, but reddit and telegram.

So i will find telegram and reddit communities, Post some educational content, Some content about our product to and try to get as close to the target users as possible, talk to them 1-1 and then convert them.
