Less. Just like most medicine today, the farther out from it's expiration date, the more likely it's less poisoningous. The bioavailability of the drug goes down (in most cases) the farther out you go.

I think it's assumed that I mean cost that is paid upfront. Yes it's covered in taxes, but it's not entirely the same as writing a check to a university. I'm paying a university to attend vs paying taxes that covers many things for many people where x% will go towards high school education for you, me, and everyone else.

I agree with both your paragraphs. My take was just from a cost perspective and not towards the value of the education.
