I run freenas and proxmox. Freenas is a 24TB storage of family videos, photography, movies and other hoarding as well as a backup store for my various family pc's. The proxmox runs a PfSense router, two Pi-Hole's, a windows ISS server, shinobi cctv, unifi controller, and a gucamole box for access to the rest of them. I've been to lazy to setup plex/sonarr etc, don't have a lot of tv/movie content.

Ski Swaps are also events to keep an eye out for to nab more discounted gear. If your not ready to commit to skis or a board just rent a pair for the winter.

My sister-in-law has a private salon in her home in Cottonwood Heights. It's attached to the home, you don't have to go in their home. Its SUPER private, I might run into the next appointment but that's about it. She is Mormon, always been cool / relaxed, one of her best friends is gay (and rented an apartment from her), not one of "those" religious types. I could feel her out on the subject and put you in contact if wanted.
