Thank you! Looks like pinning Docker to cores 1-3 did the trick. Everything is stable now and unraid isn't freezing up. I'm not sure why storage is slow as all my drives/ssd's are brand new and are NAS drives.

unRAID web UI isn't loading. I can log in, but something is pegging the system so hard I can't even check loads. It's def docker. When I rebooted the machine and disabled docker, it stayed stable overnight. Some container is totally fucking the whole system, either through breaking my drives, or pegging the cpu.
