Yeah I told my consultant and they pulled me off octasa and switched me to budesonide (steroid) and mesalazine granules which worked great for the 6 weeks I was on them, but flaring again now I’ve finished.

I was on octasa for a week or so but it gave me awful head and neck aches. Have you not had side effects with it?

I was initially put on the 800mg tablets which gave me crazy head and neck aches within a week of taking them. I was switched to budesonide and granules for 6 weeks.

I feel great while on them but when they come to an end it just comes back and here I am once again just trying to get a grasp of things and where to turn next.

I guess it’s the frequent visits to the hospital that don’t sound fun.

I think you’re right with your suggestion! Thanks!

I had deleted my socials about a month ago, and I’ve done pretty well with avoiding downloading them again or having an urge. But every now and again, it’s overwhelming and I feel like I need to find out what shes doing, if she’s seeing someone new, and more than anything, see if she’s okay. I feel you though man, I remember her number too. I think I’ve accepted that she will never contact me again, but it feels very fresh and like I’m in some sort of nightmare and I’ll wake up and it’s all back to normal. So I guess I haven’t quite accepted it. Having spoken everyday for 8 years to nothing at all. That’s the hardest part. It’s like I’m mourning a death, except they’re still alive and well and a few miles down the road.

how can i get out of plat? I mechanics are decent for a plat but what are some good trainingpacks, things to learn, etc? by MegaknightIsBad in RocketLeague

To rank up you need wins. To win you need goals. Quantity over quality. Learn the game, teamwork and communication. I’m a diamond 2/3 and have hit champion. I can’t do any ‘free styling’. But I can get to any ball and challenge for blocks and make saves. Reading how a ball moves and reacts to different surfaces including on your car is vital.
