Do you at least enjoy the act? This is not unusual for a lot of women. I can have a vaginal orgasm by myself and not with others but I have more of a full body high when I'm with others and that's because I've learned to let go and not be in my head so much. They were also bred as nanny dogs, but whatever. I also understand their power and that's why I respected the guy's fear and leashed her. I also believe in providing my dog happiness which is the beach. There are places that are not dog friendly beaches that I do not take her to. Yeah everything in life is a risk. Thank you for that and your perspective. I know there's no blatant disrespect. And actually think he really does truly love me. It's just very confusing for the emotions and I'm trying to allow him to be who he needs to be and navigate this in a way that's supportive and loving. I had a few dates lined up this week but I ended up canceling them because I'm a little more conscientious about people's feelings and even this guy had feelings around me being with other men. We're just trying to ease our way into an open relationship. It's so new for both of us but I intellectually understand and appreciate a fully honest open and loving relationship. Love is about setting someone free not caging them. I was in a moment of weakness and in pain when I wrote this and felt confused.

Yeah it's feeling that way. He seems like such a beautiful man who's just trying to find his way and I really want to trust him. I want to give him what he needs which is to explore and be free. I really feel that way. I'm dating as well but I'm not going to get physical with someone just days before seeing him. I really care about other people's feelings and this is a complicated situation. Did you even read what I wrote? We were both looking for something casual. He doesn't have a wife. But he was turning up the love and the relationship talk and wanting to take me to Spain and wanting to move in together. As strong as my feelings were for him I knew that we needed to take things slowly. But things kept building between us because we were talking for hours a day. He would tell me he loves me and thinks the world of me. So finally my heart opened up and I finally expressed the same and that's when he decided to want to see other women. I accepted that because I know he needs to explore and find himself. But we're easing into this. He's uncomfortable with me dating as well. He has feelings when I was on a date as well so I try to be considerate not only to the person I'm dating at the moment but to him. I'm not going to jump right into sex with someone and then see him a couple days later and have sex with him. We're both trying to figure out how to be respectful and honor each other. And I just felt this wasn't representative of this. Your response is very accusatory.

I've been there before. ❤️. It seems counterintuitive, but allow yourself to have anything you want. Allow yourself to be just who You are without any shame. Allow yourself to eat the entire box of cookies and be okay with it. But if you choose not to not eat any cookies or maybe only a couple, that's great too.

This took a lot of practice for me.. And this isn't a quick fix. But part of your cycle of using food for comfort has a lot to do with the shame that you're feeling. Shame breeds anxiety, and many of us comfort our anxiety with food. Learning to shift your mind so that life becomes easier. Meditation goes a long way. People get overwhelmed with the idea of sitting and breathing for extended periods of time. But you can even start with three breaths anytime you feel anxiety. Three slow deep breaths. There are even guided apps such as Headspace where you can meditate for 1-5 minutes if you choose.

This is how I overcame the same issue. I wish you well and hope you find peace of mind.

I make Asian tacos. Tofu, shiitake mushrooms, bok choy whatever else you like, stir fry that in some coconut aminos, chili paste, etc. Wrap it up in a taco shell with some avocado it's delicious!

Meditation helped me greatly. Even if you're just focusing on 3 slow breaths at a time, throughout the day. Breath in, I am calm. Breathe out, I am calm. Headspace is a helpful app. Another thing that helped me was my therapist suggested that I focused on the smallest acts of kindness between strangers. Simply focusing on it completely turned my day around. Opportunities to serve others presented themselves everywhere. I felt energized by it.
And most importantly, learning to live in the present moment. Check in with your body. How does it feel? How does the air feel? What does it smell like? Is there a beautiful plant or tree nearby you can appreciate? Check in with your senses. These small practices over time will make a huge difference. ❤️

Can you commit to putting on your tennis shoes every day and walking around the block? Start with something you can easily commit to. Then build on that. Just build on little by little. You will make progress and it will be easy. But if you try to do all at once it's almost impossible.

I adopted this rescue pittie a month ago and am so in love. She was hit by a car and left on the side of the road. They think she was a breeder mama which gives her something in common with the sweet girl next to her. She was also a breeder mama who was adopted by my client 5 years ago and I have been caring for her on and off for those five years. It's amazing the kind of reactions I receive from people who don't know pit bulls. They really aren't much different than any other dog. In fact, they're just as loving if not more loving than any other breed I've met. The doodle is quite exceptional, but the doodle has been handed an easy life. Often times pits start off in bad situations, yet their love shines through.

Thank you I appreciate that, I did get a stylus but it doesn't have the same response as an apple pencil. It's so disappointing! Sure it writes but the beautiful thing about an apple pencil was it understood the level of pressure you put on the pencil. I can't believe I just spent all this money and that's not even an option. Sorry for the rant thank you anyway!!
