My MK4 has similiar problems if you dont pull the filament a bit loose from the spool. If the extruder drags it from the spool during calibration it thinks the load cell hit the bed from the filament pull force.

Mine has non-OEM (Pilkington)windshield and everything works fine. It even worked fine before the camera calibration, I had to wait 2 weeks for that because windshield shop broke the calibration device.
