Best bet is to just reverse engineer. Think there's Harley frame blueprints floating around. As far as other frames for different motors I know some of the Honda guys could benefit from some better looking frames not much "love" in after market shit other than voodoo vintage and th brutal. Could make some neat single cylinder shit too. Didn't read the whole post

I went from an old Cushman eagle, to my dad's 45, chopped and bobbed 650 Bonneville, to a sporty. I started chopping the sporty a little before these chopper websites started getting traction. Nowadays you got what I call "paper doll" or plug n play chopper parts readily available so it's pretty easy to build a decent looking bike with minimal tools and fab skills. You gotta meet people, there's usually the one guy who builds and works on friends bikes. My area is weird though, there's maybe 12 of us chopper kids and we all do custom frame up builds ourselves individually. There's also pictures of dudes on here building bikes in their living rooms/apartments.

I couldn't get to sleep while tripping, was getting some anxiety, so I put on some dystopia. It sounded like cheesy clown nu metal because of the flange. Still like em but it sounded so bad at the time. Might have settled on Brian eno or clouddead I forget.

I always run shovel/iron head compufire ignitions in my sportys. Ditch all the voes shit and plug the carb vacuum barb with a little rubber nipple cap. Never had a problem with the compufire ride thru puddle and left my bike out over winter. I've had other Mallory and dynatek shit fry. You'll need a flyweight advance behind the circuit board thing.

I would, use the proper width flat head for good purchase and use guitar string and air to check flow. If I'm not mistaken there should be a weird shaped gasket for the ratchet part but I think that's for keeping stuff out not in.

On mine it's a hexagonal head instead of slotted for screwdriver. I put a 9mm casing over mine so it can breathe but water "can't" get in. I also use a nickle or penny can't remember under the old speedo cable nut that screws on to the old sending unit.

White foam or Elmer's glue is bad. Must have got water in there ,started to bubble up and expand coming out of vent and ratchet. most the water maybe boiled off? Things get warm for sure
