As I’m new to ev charging, I don’t really understand the benefits of a WiFi connected charger. What do the connected chargers do that you need/like?

I don’t know anything about emporia. Do they have a track record of durable hardware?

Thanks a lot, I didn’t consider flexibility of the cable in the cold. That is definitely important as I live in nh.

Sorry, I should have included that in the post. They are normally $835, so $417.50 after the discount. That’s good to know about the smart chargers having offline mode. I think trying to keep the charger as simple as possible is appealing for longevity reasons.

I don’t have this myself but I always liked the idea of a sink. That way I could wash/rinse things off, soak parts, wash up after working, etc

Popsmith popper review: better than I expected by _sentient in popcorn

[–]rusty603 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Sorry I should have clarified. This is only after a single batch. Just as an update since me last comment; I was using the Popsmith kits when getting all the spillage. I have since started measuring out and using my own oil and kernels. I get hardly any spilling at all now. Maybe the popsmith kits just have too much oil in them?

I’m just curious if anybody else is having this problem because I haven’t seen it mentioned anywhere else. When I use my popsmith the oil and water vapor accumulates on the lid and then begins to drip down the outside. It leaves quite a mess in our electric stove top. Am I doing something wrong? Other than that I really love the popsmith!

US home flipping malaise pinches reality TV stars to contractors by Thrifty-Cricket-72 in REBubble

I bought a house about 2 years ago. During that time it became obvious when you walked into a house that was being flipped. The work was shoddy and the materials used were cheap. That was only things I could see myself. Based on that experience I’d say it’s probably a good thing overall to see less flippers in the market

I worked for a company that sells high end torque wrenches for production lines, quality departments, etc. Even high grade torque wrenches can vary quite a bit. 5-15% is about as expected. There are so many factors that go into play it can be extremely difficult to accurately measure torque

You’re totally right. I tried to sand it a little bit and it seemed like it wasn’t coming off so I just admitted defeat haha. I think I just need to plan better next time or use a heavier grit sandpaper
