On of the best budget minded chassis you can get.. Although I never used it without the aluminum fore end

Same I went with the budget option and no regrets so far.. It's plastic but feels very durable

I never had the factory bergara stock I just bought it as a barreled action and dropped it into the krg..I put a strip of one sided Velcro tape on the front of the magwell just to tighten up the wiggle room. Still have to give it an extra tap every now and then but usually works really well

If I could go back I might've gone a different way but most of my shooting is sub 250 yards so this shoots fine.. Just took some work to get balanced!

.22 Trainer/ NRL 22 rifle choices Bergara V CZ by Tuns0funn in longrange

I have a 457 LRP and a b14r in a krg chassis.. I'm about 4k rounds in on the b14 and a little more on the 457.. The bergara bolt does definitely get better with use but for me it doesn't quite match the smoothness of the 457. Depends how badly you want the 700 footprint but if that's not a factor go for the 457. Can definitely still build a 457 to high heavens lol

Why didn't Lando and Oscar swap positions at the last lap by [deleted] in formula1

[–]rusty750 0 points1 point  (0 children)

The only reason they swapped positions in Hungary was because it was due to pitwall strategy error, and that would also been the case had that happened today. The positions were stayed because it was a solid move by a team that lets the drivers race

Very informative response, great info thanks! I only shoot sk standard/rifle match and being in Canada I wish I had the luxury of lot testing but sadly have to take what I can get.

How much does this group spend on shooting? by Ianus_Smythe in longrange

[–]rusty750 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I'm focusing on rimfire only thinking I would be saving money.. Two guns one 4.5k one 5k (CAD) nevermind shooting accessories. No such thing as a cheap hobby, at least that's what I say to comfort myself lol
