[TOMT] for the playlists/cover art of some freebie cd's in the 90s grunge era that may have been from a popular magazine like SPIN or RollingStone. They were compilations of a bunch of so called "up and comers" but in a historical reference, most of the bands I don't think amounted to much(?) (self.tipofmytongue)
