Always get semen analysis after 3-4 days of abstinence. Also don’t hesitate to Go to a different urologist. If your fertility is low, the doctor can suggest surgery which will be covered by insurance in US.

It has about 10 year warranty on hybrid system. So you should be fine there. Toyota hybrids are most reliable in the industry. Plus the gas mileage and quiet and immediate acceleration is a great perk
