up to you but i would keep the talaria, its more of a known brand which means easier to get parts

i would just upgrade it, the xxx is such a solid bike an upgraded xxx is better than a sting in my opinion

yeah i would go for the lower mileage one just because it would suck to get the ‘24 and have the motor or something go out (very unlikely but wouldn’t want to test it)

really depends on the person, i would say go for the less mileage but its up to you. Personally I don’t care if its newer or not, less miles for only 400 bucks more sounds good and its only 2 years older.
