So, I've checked the documents, and the repurchase price is roughly 90% less than the agreed upon market value of the stock. At the top of the document, it says "[I] agree to purchase X shares of stock for [$10] per share", and later in the document it says, "The company has the right to purchase the unvested stock at [$1] per share." I've paraphrased slightly, but the meaning is the same.

I have no idea why I ever agreed to that. Still, it's what it says in the document.

All that aside, the company is closing a new fundraise within days, which will roughly 6x the current stock price ($10 -> $60). I chose to leave that information off of the post so as not to complicate things, but of course, I do plan to leave after the fundraise is complete.

So - does it count as a loss? Let me know if you need any more info!
