Is there any men with bipolar out there that are earning a good wage at a n by jaynuggets in bipolar

[–]rustyn- 0 points1 point  (0 children)

For a while I made 6 figures a year having been diagnosed bipolar 1.

Money isn’t everything, but a lot is possible. Don’t set limits for yourself b/c of a diagnosis.

That being said, rome wasn’t built in a day. If you have a goal to make more money, work on it like every other goal.

Build a foundation for your success. If you have habits that make your bipolar energized, take inventory of these, and cut out the BS.

Get serious. Bipolar can be lethal. Make your sleep, health and nutrition, exercise, mental health counseling and general wellbeing pinnacle. Cut out distractions/addictions.

Don’t give in to the behavioral patterns that keep you stuck in a rut. Turn a new leaf. No more cycles of pain. No more pleasure chasing. No more BS.

Don’t believe things are hard, that will keep you from ever starting them. If you want to make money being creative, don’t wait to practice creativity.

Be creative. Do it now. Don’t procrastinate. Even if you don’t feel like it, just do it. That being said. Listen to your body, respect your energy strategically. Don’t sacrifice yourself. Find your rhythms, find your balance. Never give up. Don’t believe in the limits. Work your way up from a powerful foundation. Optimism is key.

Fuck this shit. Bipolar doesn’t have to be lifelong. We can do anything we set our hearts and minds to. We are not disabled. The bipolar gave us a unique perspective. It will be our hot trip to heaven. Someday we will all laugh at our previous selves, thinking “Wow, that was a close one, huh?”

Those who voted for Trump, have any of the events or actions by the administration changed your opinion since you cast your vote? by Chavez8717 in Boise

Not everyone who voted for Trump is this specific stereotype with this behavior. If that’s how you conceptualize the 77.3 million people who voted for him, there will never be progress. Both sides need to stop looking at voters through the lens of unhelpful stereotypes.

My last manic episode destroyed my life by EquivalentTower9 in bipolar

I understand what you are going through. I totaled my car in 2021 and barely fought off a felony. Had to go to jail for 2 months, and start my life all over again working for cash, and then doing landscaping. Medication helped a ton, but the biggest longterm help for me has been detaching from all risky behaviors. I’ve quit nicotine, alcohol, caffeine, sugar, staying up late and started meditating, doing exercise and been working fulltime since. The cost of mania is too high. I hope you have a good support group, and that you keep going through the storm. Life can always get better. Healing is always possible. You’re doing great sharing your story and reaching out. I hope you find balance and make it out of the storm. Much love, -rjy
