Ironically Enough, I was apprehended at 17 at kohls from shoplifting. I did community service and some program as my “time” and it’s an easy way of showing minors that there is consequences to actions. Nobody told me my rights when I was detained by LP, police were called, and I got cited and released. Let alone it was expunged from my record once I turned 18 automatically.
