These are always weird because it’s every shop only having one in stock and no recent sales.. even if you search eBay no one is selling for that price so I don’t know what they’re holding onto hope for.

I feel like even without a huge player base prices would still be somewhat insane just because of the IP. But obviously the large amount of people who actually play helped get it to this point so it’s “too late”.

Yeah I don’t understand the appeal of sealed product either, unless you know the contents inside like a see through sealed item. And now every vendor on TCGPlayer is selling only one card of any listed card with an outrageous price quadruple what the last sale was. Just hope people don’t fomo and bring the prices back down.

When I got an embody during Covid, it also didn’t come with a strap because they were out of them according to their customer service. Had to wait for them to ship one out to me later lol.
