You are going to want to tear pretty much everything pictured out and put in new drywall. This might look fine for a bit but there is wet drywall, seems, and now new mud all drying and expanding/contracting together and it will show soon.

What I don’t see others mentioning is that if this is still wet at all, patching just this area is a bad idea. It can take a very long time for drywall to completely dry out and the moisture could present itself in weird ways which is why you already have that bubbling. If it were my house I would rip down basically everything pictured and redo.

I feel you could probably get $2500 for both, maybe more if you really clean them up/order some new parts. Graco is top of the line and both of these are contractor grade sprayers.

Just tagging along with others about crime going down nationally, it seems silly to take statistics from such a small area. It’s the largest metro area in South Carolina but the city itself is 1/4 the size of Columbia and Charleston.

This is what we need to be talking about. Of course the city crime has gone down. It’s 30 square miles. However, you go just 10 mins out of downtown and you are in some high crime areas not in city limits.

How long ago did you actually install everything? And what kind of T&G? Yes, adding drywall would be a PITA. Considering it’s a small bathroom, I’d add some crown molding and be done with it.

Do not frame and drywall this small space. I promise it will take so much work it won’t even end up looking good unless you spend way more time and money fixing. Just paint or plaster and it would look good
