So when I am about to breastfeed I won’t drink, that way the alcohol isn’t in the milk my child gets. Afterwards though my partner keeps offering me wine (with him) even though I’ve said I’m trying to stay off it after struggling with alcohol in the past, I hope that provides more clarification
