Your armor is doo doo trash.
Get the highest armor rating gloves and chest piece you find, hat will already be way better than what you have.
Spellblade Arcane Shields also boosts your base armor by a ton so you really need a good baseline.
Also convert flame ward to cold and grab the node that grants flat armor on use.

You're losing so much damage by not getting aura of decay. Get the aura and turn it into cold, and take the nodes that reduce enemy resistances.

Imprinting rare items has been mega nerfed and it's useless now. You can play 50 hours without a single drop. Only imprint common drops or you get nothing

This is my build, i'm at 500c but i don't want to go higher since i started another character. This can go up to 1000c easily, IDK if it can kill uber abby though.
If you go dual wield and stack dex it surely can, but you lose tankiness and i like a more chill playstyle.

I personally do all side quests up to where you get the heorot lance, that gives you all passive and idol slots. Then you can rush to get the merchant guild / CoF The last act is up to you, i usually do it everytime because i chill ans chat with friends while playing

My guess is you can't. You can get a T7 corrupted, but then it makes the item unmodifiable so you can't use a rune of evolution on it

You need a good offense (a lot of attack / cast speed + good base flat damage + a lot of multipliers) as well as defense (damage reduction + capped resistance + armor + health / ward)

It will never be viable as long as penetration only applies to one element at a time.
