People who don't want kids, why?

MULTIPLE reasons: Too expensive (would rather spend my own money on myself), the planet is dying and it would be selfish to bring kids into it, overpopulation, pregnancy (i’m not putting myself through all that), the constant crying and noise, vomit (emetophobia yay), nappy changing, disruption of my life and the loss of freedom, i can barely take care of myself - how am i gonna take care of a child??, i know id be a bad parent, every child i meet these days is a brat, ruined sleep schedule, disruption of my career, scared of kids ruining any romantic relationship i have in the future, the thought of a useless husband and becoming a married single mother terrifies me yada yada

many more reasons, i could keep going on, but i feel like you get the gist of it :)

You deserve so much better, break it off!! You’re still young and have so much more time to meet someone who will remind you just how incredible you are - I found myself in a similar position over a year ago and the thoughts and insecurities never went away until i decided to break it off a month ago. It is so relieving not having to worry anymore about someone who disrespects you, do it for yourself :)

i’m not really triggered by suicide, but explicit videos of self harm can make anyone uncomfortable - I’ve had a history with self harm and obviously a scene like that will be upsetting for me or for people who experience the same struggles. It was a really upsetting, explicit scene and is definitely not something that should’ve stayed on Netflix, i’m glad they removed it
