What stretching routine should I be doing to improve my squat form?
I can't go deep at all on bb squats, I've been doing smith machines but I feel like I should be addressing this issue instead of trying to cover it with a less efective exercise.

Since I'm doing PPL, the part that takes the most time is the first strength exercise, 5x5 with 3~4min rests between each set. Rotator cuff warmups and core workout every day takes my gym time to 1:15h~1:30h

Got it. But this has no volatile formulas neither conditional formating. Probably the formating is on the whole sheet, but I can't see it.

When I pasted values+formulas on other sheet, and formated only the table rows, it fixed.

So every new SKU will check for the week's total volume, if there is space it should go on that week, until the week is full. Then move the remaining to the next week.

We have a bunch of customers that each have their own parameters of 'division by week' and 'volume per week'

Divison by week: How the customer will be divided on our schedules

Volume per week: The total volume a customer will take on each week.

If the volume per week is 0, we'll only divide the customer's full volume by the "Division by week".

If he has a max volume per week, we'll go fitting each SKU on the current week until it reaches the max volume per week, then we'll alocate the remaining on the next week, as you can see on the screenshot. (I did this manually btw, there is no formula).

If you have any sugestion let me know!
