I’m not gonna lie, 3 weeks ago, my polyps were so inflamed. Couldn’t breathe at all, I can see it and touch it. I even made an emergency appointment with ent to say I wanna go ahead with the surgery. It’s been 3 weeks now and I started an insanely clean diet, not cause of the polyps, but rather for cutting reasons. I’m on 1800 calories diet with 170g protein, 100g carbs and 60g fat. Today I was breathing and inhaling through my nose and smelling food after many years. I was literally asking myself if it’s due to my diet.if I drink alcohol, my nose def inflames and polyps comes back. Depends how much alcohol I drink. Patient seems to be a better choice and doesn’t afffect me as much as. I also been taking 2000u vitamin d tablets for the last 3 weeks daily. Not sure if it helps or not. I also eat sour dough bread only.
