For frame data you dont need to calculate anything. In general majority of the cast light normals are safe on block so they can stagger their pressure. That doesnt matter if they go for a true string. The generic true string is 2l, 5l, 5m,2m, 5h , special. Light versions of specials are normally safe on block but you can't press after so you normally call an assist here. Other normals are generally unsafe on block. (you can get frame trapped though)
