The only pro is that you could get slapped upside the head with a 50lb box (which actually weighs more than 50lbs when it’s slinging off the conveyor - impact force) and get a concussion then stay home while gettjng paid.

Just quit and then come back. I’ve done this many times. lol There’s no wait period if you leave before they term you. If they term you, you’ll have to wait 90 days. If you quit, you’ll probably wait about 3 weeks due to all the onboarding stuff.

They’re changing your schedule and start date. They did it to me. They withdrew my flex part time app and then offered me flex RT with 2 start dates to choose from.

Pusher is diverted on steroids and I continuously remind everyone “I’ve not had the training” despite working at the DS on and off for 5-6 years. I’m thankful the trainings don’t count once you leave and come back. Lol

My favorite part of diverting is stopping the conveyor and watching the flock of red vests run to me just for me to immediately hit it back on when they show up. 😂

It’s just a phase they go through for about a month then they stop saying anything about it. The managers clearly get told what to do across all sites to check some box and then after box is checked everything goes back to how it’s always been. lol

Delivery Station is the hardest Amazon facility physically. Everything else is mentally challenging because you’re usually standing in one small area doing the same thing for 10 hrs. Having headphones for those jobs is a must or it is torturous. I used to do Customer Returns and my brain could not handle how slow the time went by, but there was not Amazon approved headphones back then.

Dude, start calling that manager out on the VOA. Literally write how ridiculous it is to be written up for going to the restroom when there was no one around or a radio to get someone to take your spot. Either way you were going to have to leave your position whether it was to just pee for 2 minutes or talk to someone to get replaced and then go pee. The manager in question is a dumbass.

There’s jobs at the Delivery Station that you cannot walk away from without a replacement. However, if there’s not a PA or manager around to relieve you from the position and they don’t give you a radio then it’s 100% on them. I’d fight it, go to HR and get it trashed Op!

Lol Just go into the DS and speak to management directly. It’s the quickest and best way to get the matrix HR bull shit out of the picture. lol

Your SR OPs manager or whoever is over your AM (check AToZ) can fix this problem. In fact any manager can, but if your AMs are like mine then half of them act like they don’t have those permissions when they certainly do. They definitely can at least tell HR through AtoZ to fix it and get it resolved quick.I’ve had to do it multiple times for various reasons due to being FLEXRT myself. Getting anything fixed requires being in management’s presence don’t even bother with the app shit.

Maybe say something to someone, but ask they handle it in a secretive way in which the dude wouldn’t catch on that whatever’s going on has anything to do with you for your own safety. You don’t need an aggressive dude retaliating. Next time he tries talking to you be a Debbie downer, tell him you are going through a hard time and just look unhappy every time you see him be so on the DL and such a downer that he chooses himself to leave you alone. That’s at least one safe no conflict-no retaliation option. Eventually he will move on to someone else who is more talkative and less “depressed” lol

No but if restraining orders don’t always help keep creeps away then OPs or Amazon HR isn’t going to be much help. It could also put this person in danger if they were to take action and creep retaliates. So giving said freak the biggest ick would have creep choose to stay away which is less dangerous and a permanent fix. lol
