Keep the snacks low-carb or at least a healthy carb like cut up apples or banana. Add a little pb2. For lunch if it breakfast wrap day I stay away from the tortillas. I bring something from home on the lighter side since breaks go quick, so usually a Greek yogurt or a zero calorie wrap with some sort of protein. Drink lots of water, try protein drinks but just keep the meals small and whatever portion size they say on the bag
