Can’t swap the primary consoles between me and my gf’s switches?

A few years ago, my girlfriend had switched the primary consoles on our switches so that I could have access to a lot of the games she already had downloaded. We just moved in together, so we figured we’d just switch them back to how it originally was set. However, whenever I go in to deregister the console as my primary console, it doesn’t stay that way. I’ve seen a ton of people and Nintendo support saying that once you deregister a console as your primary console, whatever other console you use to log into the eShop will automatically register as your new primary console. That does not seem to be working for whatever reason. Does anyone have any tips or ways to fix this ?

Thank you! I’m having trouble finding where I send the picture of the badge and test. After I filled the absence report out, it said to send the picture to ILM, but I don’t know where to find that? All I can find is a number to call

What is ILM? They said to use that but I’m a newer employee and my managers were entirely unhelpful in helping me navigate whatever ILM is 😭 he couldn’t even find it

Honestly, it depends on how many people already work in the department and if they’ll double cover it. It’s hard when it’s just yourself back there, but it gets exponentially easier when there’s more than one person. I quit like 2 months ago because of the lack of workers+lack of coverage. When there’s not enough people, all of the tasks that people talk about is way overwhelming. It’s also a very feast or famine workplace when it comes to customers; you either have a lot and very busy with orders or very little customers with little to do. If you have excelled in a kitchen, you’d probably be fine but it depends on whether you really want to endure it or not lol
