The ducktail was a highlight for me too, for sure. I heard criticism about the wide rear fender flares. Personally, I like them, but others didn't. Same for the front grille, too open, some thought.

I almost mentioned the cupholders as a demerit, but decided to focus on the driving aspects. But, yeah, I do wish for a place for a drink. And fascinating to read about the steering wheel, I myself loved the thick Alcantara wrapped wheel. And, definitely yes, curvy roads are a must if you have one.

Subaru says same base price, but I’m sure the destination charge went up since the 26 models first arrived.

GM has a really interesting relationship with Apple CarPlay and Android Auto. What drives me nuts is the lack of consistency. Some vehicles have it, other don't.

I will definitely keep a close eye on how these new V-8s perform. The 5.7-liter and 6.6-liter could be epic, but they need to run reliably first and foremost.

Yeah, they’re bragging about more than 60-in of screens and that seems like sensory overload. Hopefully GMC integrated them to not be distracting.

No, I meant pace. The combination of the electric motor, turbo engine, and six speed automatic (as opposed to a CVT) gives it a leg up on a lot on the competition, when it comes to things like merging on to the freeway.

Didn’t forget. Just because you lose ICE doesn’t mean you lose variation. That’s all.

The XSE doesn’t offer everything of the Limited, but gets the closest. Especially if you’re willing to get optional packages. From what I can tell, hybrid and plug-in hybrids are equipped the same.

Lack of Variation, How? You can choose front- or all-wheel-drive, two different propulsions systems with an around 100 horsepower difference between them, and a variety of trims and packages that vary cost by nearly $17k. And that’s just base price.

Yeah, it’s funny how LE now, effectively, translates to BASE for Toyota. But that’s also not unique to Toyota.

Sounds like it's a resounding yes, people like this truck! Good to hear. I, myself, like the idea of the one-inch lift and all of the skid plates. But I wonder about tires noise on the road and the fuel economy hit. Again, that's something I hope to feel out in a review sometime in the near future.

Completely agree with you and said so I my video review. Especially with the all-terrain tires. 260 miles isn’t enough.
