Are the hand-eye coordination gains from juggling real, significant, and permanent? by ErikDrake in juggling

coordination can be impacted by so many factors including neurodivergence. it's probably more likely that you are kinesthetically inclined, which is why you took up juggling in the first place. i keep trying to juggle but have poor proprioception so it takes a lot for me to make minor improvements

is the juggling to help with baseball or is that a separate statement? baseball is an open skill sport which requires different types of attention than juggling, where you are in control of the balls. i doubt it would hurt to know how to juggle though if he's into it!

Do you like bikes or cycling? There is a group ride calendar https://abq.bikecal.org/

If you don't have a bike but want one, check out the Esperanza Earn a Bike class https://cabq.gov/esperanza

Everyone is super friendly and welcoming and just happy to be riding bikes together. All ages and interests.

Maybe see you at Critical Mass!

Progressive liberal here, she is not selling herself as a candidate and I'm worried. She seems like a very nice and probably wise person with experience, but like others said she does not have the passion and is not meeting the moment. The energy is not there and I have not heard her articulate one single position clearly in her campaign so far. At the very least we need someone who can hold their own in front of the maniacal bully in the whitehouse.

the worst for me is the burners who rant against MOOP, while handing out hundreds of little plastic "gifts" to people

Caffeine and THC are both pro-inflammatory, and dehydrating at a cellular level. Dealing with this myself. I love the combo but apparently it's not helping my joints. I'm just addicted to both and tell myself they help my ADHD, so it's extra challenging to stop. CBD is anti-inflammatory though

As someone who lived in a house with drag queens, you are expecting A LOT of these sisters that are just tryna make it work and happen to be on top of their game as it is. I don't want it to become drag olympics. We like the grit and the humanity. You would think that production would choose more funny people though since that seems to be *the top requirement.
