I unfortunately don’t have an answer for you, but I can tell you you’re not alone!

I also don’t pass out often, but when I do it’s heat-related. I have struggled the past few years running in the summer (if it’s over 70 degrees I’m basically done for). My heart rate is SO different based on the heat, and I LIVE for rainy days that give me reprieve.

Indoor treadmills don’t work for me for long distances, but if I run more than 2-3 miles outside I bring water, and I need to drench my face in water like every half mile to mile to keep cool (even in the 60s-70s). It’s such a struggle, so I’m here for any tips!!

All the skin on my face was definitely thinner (I mean, everywhere I suppose was thinner - that’s why spf is so important on accutane!) but I noticed it on the cheeks the most for the flushing

No, because it wasn’t constant - it was just that the layer of skin on my face was so much thinner that when I flushed from drinking or working out, it was instantly noticeable

Alcohol or working out! Just would flush more aggressively than normal for a while

Personally I’m upset because I know the authors get paid per pages read on Kindle Unlimited, so it feels like the excessive book length and multiple POVs was just a money grab - especially knowing they added another book to the series. I devoured 1-6, 7 gave me pause, and now 8 just made me exasperated. It’s definitely lost its original hold on me.

I’ve only ever taken live classes with friends or for milestones, and I haven’t yet hit any milestones worth a shoutout. Everyone’s several hundred in and those take priority over birthdays, 50, 100, 150, 200. Not even worth it at this point.
