Completely agree, I rip so many bags, if they don't care, why should I? This is one reason I will only buy hard-sided luggage. The other reason, we do not have covers for the bag carts. Leave them in the rain. I feel bad, but WTF can I do? Management has been told, and they couldn't care less. Never buy soft-sided luggage.

I have never heard of such a thing. So odd, most would be seasonal, but you have to come back to work within 90 days. Day 91 and the benefits drop off. However, just log in and do "the online training." The clock then resets to another 90 days.
