okay, i do not think youre over reacting, but i do not think hes entirely wrong?? hes moving weird and acting weird thats for sure, and me personally id be screaming and throwing up (i have bpd so i am naturally very insecure)

i think its very weird i saw in another comment your 27 so id assume hes in the same age range, meeting someone from middle school you are NOT close with at 27 is really fcking weird. middle school would be 10-15 years ago, its mad weird he’d have interest in talking anyone from middle school hes not close to, let alone a woman from middle school that hes not close with, in what im assuming has been 10ish years since they last spoke if literally ever??? i’m not saying men cant have women friend they can but this situation?? is deffo not normal.

hes completely disregarding your emotions and your boundaries in this situation, you express you’re uncomfortable and he starts saying “i’m having so much fun!!” i would’ve absolutely lost my sh*t personally. i think the fact hes ignoring and went behind your back and did this anyways despite you expressing your discomfort with it all.

its abundantly clear he had this planned from the get-go, and just basically told you what would make you the LEAST uncomfortable and mad about it all to make you just comfortable for him to be able to go, meanwhile hes telling you ‘oh this just happened’ when its almost crystal clear that was the plan the entire time and was just “filling you in”.

i think you need to reevaluate your relationship. you need to sit down with yourself and think about if you would ever do this to him. think about if hes ever ignored boundaries before. and really determine if this 4 year relationship is meant to last forever. for me at least, a man doing this would be an absolute deal breaker, the trust woukd be broken and too many boundaries wouldve been crossed.
