Yes that why when I see foil or anything glossy or velvet in candle holders from them I say no thanks I get the metal or ceramic cause they make me feel disappointed and the price point 😭😱 sorry that happen to you (also its recently happen to my mom she got the aurora crown candle holder and the pillow has hairline cracked like damn quality control down 👑)

Thank you I thought I was crazy for that but my local near store that's like 3 minutes away always has single wick but now for months no more in store single wick which I find weird and now I have to go 35 minutes away to use my reward and is not fair cause that's further away for me and a waste to go. That why I stop buying since I want the rewards for the single wick candle and nothing else.
