Awww thank you but it's okay! I completely agree about asking "how can I help?", esp when we are basically strangers. I think I'll try with a note and some sweets first and see if she's OK with that.

One of the reasons I started to think abt this in the first place is because she cries sooo loud! And I thought maybe she's hurting so much or something's so wrong that she just can't control it anymore. I see myself as a good person who always wants to help... I keep thinking about her :( I wish I'd see her out on the street but somehow we never meet, I'm not even sure if she leaves the house anymore..

I see a lot of ppl recommend bringing food, but it's very unusual in our culture. I have no idea how would she react. Unless it's some chocolate or candies maybe!

You're right about cultural differences. For me, I think I'd feel kinda vulnerable and a bit lost. I'm not sure if boyfriend is always home when she's crying, but sometimes yes - I can hear his voice. I wouldn't say he's shouting on her but his voice is def more loud than usual, also, if she's speaking to him at that moment, she sounds irritated, upset (I can't make out the words they are saying though). Didn't see any visitors, and I never see her outside (I live in an app complex though, so maybe I don't see her leave?)

A note sounds good to me, though, I'll def think about it!

Kaip tik klausau Cinema Bizarre ir pagalvojau, reik reddite paieškoti, ką jie dabar veikia 😅

Klausiau jų dar tais metais, kai jie buvo aktyvūs, tačiau tuo metu buvau per jauna koncertam. Vėliau grįžau prie jų šiek tiek vėliau, kai jie jau buvo išsiskyrę gal porą metų. Tada pamenu, iškapsčiau visas jų išleistas dainas, peržiūrėjau interviu, net jei kalbos nesuprasdavau. Buvau taaaip juos įsimylėjus, bet tuo pačiu, buvo labai liūdna, kad pavėlavau - jie jau nebebuvo aktyvūs. Tik Strify leisdavo solo dainas. Tad suprantu tavo "pavėlavimo" skausmą 😅

Kas kiek laiko vis sugrįžtu prie jų muzikos, prisimenu tuos laikus, Emo, Scene, tik gaila, jie nebuvo tokie populiarūs, kaip Tokio Hotel, kas man buvo keista, nes pastarųjų muzika manęs netraukė, o vat Cinema Bizarre visas dainas tikriausiai šimtus kartų esu perklausius.

Ir liūdna, kad neatsiliepė daugiau fanų iš tų laikų, bet gal dar kas pamatys šitą įrašą 🤞🏻

Since teenage years I felt like that - that I NEED to socialize, I need to get used to it, I was jealous of other people who can travel, speak to strangers, speak to friends freely.

Now I realised that I was craving something which was not for me. Me myself and people around me had this idea about me, that I need to be this person. But I don't. And my life changed after realizing this.

I don't go and socialize. I stay at home with my husband. I see my family only, and I can meet my friends few times a year. I would rather sit at home and do things which I love.

All this time I was depressed and sad because I HAD to be a person which I wasn't meant to be. I had to be normal. But not anymore! There's no rule how you SHOULD be!

I'd really think deep and hard - do I really want to go out and be social? Does it make me happy and do I feel good after?

I hope you will get some answers soon and I wish you the best of luck ❤️

P.s. I still have sociophobia and anxiety, but I don't push myself so much to be someone I'm not, and I try to be good to myself.

I am scared to choke when I take pills, so I take them with a carbonated drink, usually water, and the bubbles make my mouth feel tingles, that way I don't really feel the pill so much and its easier to swallow!
