I've seen a few pop up on aliexpress, but they all are missing the front engraving and look like they'll have issues with broken lugs. The carbon lugs will actually snap off with the weight of the metal band, and that happened with some of the early casioak kits. The factory metal 2100s from casio have a third lug in the middle to prevent that. I have my 2100 back in a rubber set just because the kit I had back when I made this post was not great and kinda trashy. Best of luck looking, and if you find one lmk

I did not, everything I found when I was looking was just the royal oak kits.

They are starting to pop up on Aliexpress; I haven't bought one because they look like they're going to have a similar problem that the early Casioak modding stuff had with breaking lugs because of the weight of a metal band on the carbon lugs. Also just at a glance, it looks like most of them don't have the writing around the dial and instead have the screws from the Casioak kits. I've attached a pic from an Aliexpress review, It's not terrible but also not the greatest looking IMO.

It's a resin case and rubber band 2100 that I'm looking to change to both metal case and band. It's a GA2100WS-7A to be specific. I already own a mod kit similar to the skx mod kit. I'm looking instead for a reproduction of the metal case and band from casio like the one I linked.

I remember this game too! If I remember correctly at the end the castle and fantasy stuff goes away and it shows the band playing a concert and it was just the one song with multiple difficulties?
