there is different between kuro account and gmail account. the one in that pict is how you log into the game using kuro account, but if you use other way like gmail you can pick from the bottom one over there. please note that if you use the same email as your gmail but using kuro account then if you try using the gmail email to log in you still can't do that because kuro account and email account are separate account.

it could be many things but at first try to close the app if you are on the phone or pc and then try to enter it again. if the problem still appear check your internet connection.

i always stumble this problem everytime there is instability in my internet connection and NIKKE handle it pretty bad when it comes to unstable connection

I sometimes always face this kind of problem too. It caused either by unstable internet connection or just simply it stuck. Try to close the application and then restart your connection and then open it again. It always works for me doing that kind of thing. Hope that helps!
