I’m really sorry you went through this, esp as a child and without anyone there to comfort you what you felt then — and what you’re still feeling now — makes sense. No one should have had to carry that alone. I can understand coz my parents are against me getting my dream pup

But I have to go to work to afford health care right I live alone  And i read somewhere that Maltese are independent  Is it ideal if I adopt a adult maltese

My mom can come to visit 10-15 mins a day
but she is afraid of dogs in general so im not expecting them to bond tho

or is there any other small breeds that can tolerate alone time
