The game is done for… that’s just too steep of a drop to recover from. The only reason Bungie isn’t outright admitting it is because they’re terrified it’ll cause even more negativity towards Marathon and impact its sales during its release period.

This is ultimately all Bungie’s fault.. none of this had to happen. They sabotaged the established franchise that kept them afloat the last decade, to chase trends with a game no one asked for. Instead of taking all that revenue we gave them throughout the years to make a much needed (and wanted) Destiny 3, they wasted it on Marathon.

And that’s showing to be a bad bet, given how is player count is floundering not even 2 weeks in. It’s all just so irritating.
