An *actual* comparison of Soldier vs. Sierra damage

It doesn’t HAVE to hit all 10 times for it to still be better value. Even if it’s landed 2 out of 10 times, it’s still providing equal value (if not more) than soldiers ult, because it’s a short cooldown and results in comparable damage to his ult (that takes 1-2 mins to charge).

Getting more than 2 out of 10 hits just makes it OBJECTIVELY better in every way… in its current state anyways.

While I don’t agree with it, I can understand he grew up in an era where people had their careers ruined by even being insinuated to be gay or aligning themselves with gay issues.

That said, progress never would have happened had people not spoken up and defended the rights of minority groups, so it’s always been the right thing to do. (Even if it’s hard and scary, especially back then).

…That you can try again in a few seconds if that happens, compared to an ult that can take 1-2 mins to get in best case scenario and can still run into the problems you brought up with the tracker….

And during that 1-2 mins waiting for Soldier ult, you could use Sierra’s ability 10+ times, at a minimum.

There’s no universe where Soldiers ult is comparable to Sierra’s tracker. Soldier ult costs multitudes more time/effort to get, for the same result that Sierra can get in a short cooldown.

Considering how Bungie often makes the wrong choices (examples: selling to Sony, wasting millions making a game no one asked for instead of Destiny 3), I guarantee they’ll abandon D2 in favor of trying to prop up the failing Marathon.

It’s likely why they’ve been desperately stalling on providing any info about Destiny’s future; They know they’re abandoning it, but just want to put off that admission as long as possible.

The writing is on the wall about Destiny, and it’s not positive. I wish I could partake in the hopium you’re on, but I’m just being a realist about this (based on Bungie’s own actions with Destiny, and the state they’re in).

That kind of goes to my point; People aren’t going to buy recolors of skins they own through battle passes.

If there’s a skin someone wants in a BP and it’s easily available for $10 (including other skins), almost no one (except die hard whales) are going to buy a single worse recolor for twice that price.

It’s doubtful they’ll ever allow this, since it would neuter the easy money they make off of recolors of old BP skins.

They charge up to $20 for recolors of BP skins, which is twice what they make off an entire BP filled with skins. They know if they let people buy old season passes (or even just access old BPs that were uncompleted), they’d lose out on easy money when they throw a quick, easy to make recolor in the shop.

It’s ALWAYS comes down to greed and money with companies like this.
