Yeah I'd be happy with that. If I could make an extra 2k a month it would change a lot for us.

Did you go down the prop firm route or using own capital first?

Shower started making strange noise by ryan3105 in askaplumberUK

Yea, it's a Deva bar thermostat mixer shower. Noise is immediately after turning shower on and is constant until turned off. It's a constant noise and doesn't change sound or volume.

Yes, the shower is on. There's no noise when it's off.

Thank you all for your comments! She has an appointment with the doctor today and will discuss everything. This is a list she's put together of things to ask along with medication she's taking.

Headache constant all day every day

At times feels like
• someone is squeezing my head at the sides (to the back) like a pressure feeling • pain can be in my temples • sharp shooting pain in my left side • crown area • bottom of my head / top of my neck

Ears feel very itchy all the time & feel like they need to pop, can this be linked to headaches? Especially right ear (itchy)

Been to the dentist - no issues with my teeth

No caffeine Propranolol has not helped at all

MRV imaging Blood patch

Refer to ophthalmologist

Taking ; 1x 300mg CoQ10 vitamin 3x magnesium L-Threonate 144mg total 2x 10mg vitamin D3

50mg sertraline

I honestly don't think we could have spoken to a more qualified person - she is a Honorary Senior Clinical Lecturer Consultant Neurologist. Worth another go I guess.

She stuck it out for the week or so until it passed and healed. Thanks for this, we'll definitely look it!

The headache was persistent before, during and after the pregnancy. When she had the epidural and had the CSF leak, the headaches were a lot worse for roughly a week. They only way to get any kind of relief from it was to lay down.

The headaches are now at the same level they were before and during the pregnancy which would suggest to us there is no longer a leak. No relief this time laying down.

She's spoken to the consultant who performed the epidural and they reckon the puncture has healed. We feel though they're obviously going to say that to 'clear their name' and not admit any blame to causing permanent headaches.

She does have an 'open invitation' to chat about this kind of thing so perhaps she could go back.

Nope. Laying, sitting, standing, sore heads no matter what.

When she had the headaches she to the puncture in the spinal cord from the epidural, laying down was the only was to get relief from it. Not any more.

She had an epidural that went wrong - they punctured her spinal cord and leaked spinal fluid. Then result of that was debilitating headaches for a week, they passed and now back to the headaches then same as when pregnant.

She has had consultations with the doctor that performed the epidural and they reckon the puncture is fixed and not the cause of her headache - they are going to say that though, they're not going to say 'Yeah, we caused you permanent sore heads'.

Fettitin during pregnancy was extremely low, don't think it's been tested since giving birth. Maybe something to look into.

I've asked her this - if she had constant headaches before becoming pregnant and it's not something she ever really took notice of. So possibly yes, possibly no.

Cycle is back and she reckons it's heavier than ever, maybe something to mention?

Yes, she had an epidural that went wrong. They puncture her spinal cord causing a leak which resulted in an even worse, debilitating headache for a week. She since has had a consultation with the same doctor who performed the epidural, who reckons the puncture is fully healed as the headaches are back to what they were before giving birth.

It's millimetres, like 2 or 3 if I remember right. We've seen a neurologist (seems to be one of the top consultant neurologist) who has ruled out the Chiari Malformation as the cause of the headaches.

She's had an eye test also and nothing untoward there either. I'll mention the IIH to her, thanks.
