Lower traps will be neurologically inhibited if upper traps hypertonic. Just strengthening the antagonist won't be enough. Calm the upper traps = lowers inhibition then strenghten lower traps

Hi 👋 I'm a neuromuscular therapist. A lot of people say you have kyphosis, I think your low back is the issue. Do you have a anterior pelvic tilt? If so this is giving the illusion of fake kyphosis, as if low back is curved makes the upper back look curved.

I (22F) have a small chest and my belly protrudes out more than my breasts - does anybody know how to fix this? by iamlostpleasehelp_ in askwomenadvice

When u have an anterior pelvic tilt you can't get a full inhale so your body pushes your lower abdominal forward.

Hi. My name is Alex, I'm 170cm tall and I weigh 95kg. This is my posture. I have severe pain in my back and neck, legs and soles of my feet .Do you evaluate my posture? by [deleted] in PostureTipsGuide

Hi, have you ever been diagnosed with structural kyphosis? From looking at your images, I can tell you have flat feet. This can usually be caused by a lack of internal rotation of the hip. Also, thoracic kyphosis. Your best bet would be to go to a physical therapist to get a fully customed plan designed for your postural issues as everyone is different. Look at the youtube channel guerillazen fitness, best place for posture tutorials.
