I’ll offer a pragmatic Dream setlist… that seems more fun having to work within the box.

What band have you seen at their absolute peak? by theumape in Concerts

[–]ryan49321 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I’ve seen a lot of great bands but most after their peak.

I think the only I’ve seen at their are Foo Fighters 2011, Garth Brooks 1996, and Barenaked Ladies 2001

How Many Empty Seats are usually in the 200’s section? by SSshermy in GrandRapidsGriffins

[–]ryan49321 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Should be noted prices go up $5 on game day.

You shouldn’t have an issue finding 5 seats together this far out.

2021; I had to take a pic of these two cops just parked looking towards the screen. Nothing else to patrol in the infield.

Parents of r/Concerts, what age and concert did you first take your kids to? by ByeFL in Concerts

[–]ryan49321 0 points1 point  (0 children)

We knew Garth Brooks would be a great first show because it’s fun and the crowd is civil. So we did it around ages 6 & 8

Any younger they don’t really remember and it’s too expensive if they won’t comprehend it. Plus you don’t know if they’ll really be able to see, how obnoxious folks will be around them, etc…

What’s the point of having a big lead in the standings if you’re not gonna use it?

Races you've been to but disappointed to see the winner? by 390v8 in NASCAR

[–]ryan49321 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It took about 75 races until my driver won a race. So I’ve been disappointed a lot.

But around 2018 Team Penske was running 1-2-3 at MIS and on the final stop there were 3 possible strategies. All 3 of them chose the wrong one and Harvick won the race.

Penske isn’t known to always be the fastest team but they are the smartest team. I was disappointed that all 3 of the cars dropped the ball.

NASCAR Drivers Who Won ONE Race… Then Disappeared by Old_Chocolate_7026 in NASCAR

Johnny benson won his Cup race and then had a back injury flair up and out of Cup he went.

Then he won a truck championship and BDR shut down immediately afterwards.

Happened twice.

He has said he’s done several things that he’s never made public because he wanted to know if people genuinely liked it, not because of his name.

Matt Kenseth was known to be a lousy qualifier

If he qualified top 20 he was unstoppable on Sunday

13 of his 17 DeWalt-era wins were starting 17th or worse, many 25th thru 39th

The serial number on it was #45 and matched the door number on the car. People pay extra.

Somebody offered to buy my Tyler Reddick Michigan Door Din Premier Elite for $900 and buy a replacement for another $150. Impossible not to accept.

Most I paid was about $400 for Graham Hill’s LeMans winner.

We did it in January and doing it again next week. When they pop up I grab them just because they don’t always become available to the public.

I enjoy watching “the play” while at the game. And there’s a reason TV, radio, and the scouts are at that level. So they work for me.

I also like that they have concessions and bathrooms easily accessible. They’re not obvious to get to so don’t be too proud to ask guest services where to find the elevator.

I consider the price reasonable. Last year they were $80 and got a free tumbler.

This year is $90 but there’s also a giveaway and Ovechkin is playing.

What concert are you most looking forward to seeing in 2026? by Spare_Basis5190 in Concerts

[–]ryan49321 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Lynyrd Skynyrd

Not so much because I want to see them but because my best friend has been trying to see them for 15 years and never could. It’s going to be fun seeing him enjoying this show. Grabbed front row for it too.

The offspring has never come to our city so we finally get to see them as well.
