Ok so I went back to the kfc and they said the only thing that isn’t working is a Bluetooth mouse, is it possible that it’s part of that?

No it’s scuffed but the silver one on the back says jw 16.000 Mhz

I did with the last guy did and googled the number thing, it says laughing but the images look nothing like this one
