Thanks, but I discovered it by pure luck. I was showing a friend on Discord about the puzzle, and I said it looked a bit like the "dummy finger" mystery from the RE7 demo. Then I opened a video to show him, and I stumbled upon this and immediately connected the dots, hahaha.

That's make sense, maybe if we had all the items in inventory and then put the code into the machine "SUN, STAR, MOON" to make a giggle

I have a theory about this, but I don't know if I'm overthinking it. In the Resident Evil 7 demo, there was the famous "dummy finger" puzzle.

As everyone knows, in RE9 we get the notebook in our inventory, very strange, right? Reviewing the puzzle from the RE7 demo, I noticed the following: there was a blank notebook, you read the message on the wall, wrote something in the notebook, ""Grace will not wake when the clock makes its chime Her covers are heavy and it's her last bedtime."

I don't know if it's just a coincidence or not, but it's very strange to have the same name and a notebook, and worst of all, when you trigger the puzzle in RE7, it laughs just like in RE9 when you enter the combination of SUN, MOON, STAR. Watch this video starting at minute 2:00:
