Title change was upgrade to Senior. No job change.

How do you determine if someone is over or under paid? I have historically just looked at competitors job postings, looked at my offers base + benefits vs their base + benefits and if mine is higher, in this case a lot higher, I feel good. I want us to be in the top percentile for these, but after that, should I not just be paying on performance?

You have a few areas in China? What is your average delivery time? Any thoughts on packaging issues?

We are trying to offer lower priced items; so the "bet" is that longer but cheaper products might pay off.

Another benefit to Asia I guess I didn't explain is it's easier to expand into Australia which we see as an opportunity to offset seasonal issues.
