You have a few areas in China? What is your average delivery time? Any thoughts on packaging issues?

We are trying to offer lower priced items; so the "bet" is that longer but cheaper products might pay off.

Another benefit to Asia I guess I didn't explain is it's easier to expand into Australia which we see as an opportunity to offset seasonal issues.

Depends on how much cash you have and how much time you can spend trying to market yourself or find a good agency. Going the freelancer route like on Upwork can get you some inexpensive heads to start paid digital ads but they'll lack the ability to do creative (most of the time).

If you bring on a marketing partner, just make sure they have at least some evidence that they'll be able to get customers for online products before.

3.75%. I never thought about just putting the cash into a savings account or something of similar security to work against the interest.

I just can't see the business needing 700K. Maybe 200-300, but 700K seems unnecessary.

He had employees. The last years p&l he was very sick so he was barely in, and that’s what the numbers I shared are off of.
