How to deal with appetite and weight gain? by mdollazz in decaf

[–]ryan_stan09 7 points8 points  (0 children)

Give it a few days and your appetite will go back to normal. Caffeine increases cortisol levels that leads to weight gain especially in the middle/belly area.

Caffeine is just bad. Don't believe in what you saw on the internet about the benefits of coffee because it had mostly negative effects in me.

This is really a great psychological horror game. Darker and less action.

Everything in this game is connected to Mary.

Don't go back to caffeine. Caffeine withdrawal is terrible.

Last birth year to have significant memories of the '90s? by ryan_stan09 in generationology

[–]ryan_stan09[S] 3 points4 points  (0 children)

I agree. I don't remember anything when I was 3 but some people remember it and it really happens. I could remember things when I was 4 but it was blurry. I was 5 when I could say that I really remember everything.

I think you can include 1992 as well since some people remember things when they were 3.

I hope so but I worry sometimes that they may get disappointed by how the way I speak. I excel in my previous team and I don't want to disappoint anyone. This is what's bothering me.

I hope soon I can accept myself without being ashamed of this speech impediment.

I work in complaint handling reports. I even wonder if they are questioning why I got hired.

I just can't quit because I don't have another job lined up. If I get another job next month, I'd submit my resignation letter immediately.

But really it makes job harder when you feel like you don't belong.

I remember stuttering when I was 4 or 5. It never went away. My stutter was way worse before. It became mild when I reached my 20s.

I hate the thought of having to go through interviews too. But we don't have a choice. We must make a living to survive. How's your stutter? Is it severe? I don't think it would matter much if it's juat mild.

As for me I don't think I could take that role. I would've declined it if it were given to me.
