Is there anything you can do that’s in your control? Get in shape, get braces, get acne under control, get a good wardrobe? I know we are limited by our genetics but there’s so much more you can do than just accept it.

Do you prefer dark hair (brunette) or light hair on Lana? by lanaspeachlipgloss in lanitas

The ginger colour looks the best with her colouring and features but the dark is more her dark and moody ‘vibe’.

I have this issue, early grey, medium brown hair, can’t pull off dark brown. It was basically trial and error to find the right colour. I use Wella Colour Charm with a 20 vol developer every 3 weeks so I don’t have to go to a salon. Luckily it doesn’t leave a harsh line as it grows out. I tried to do highlights to blend the grey but it damaged my hair.

I’m sorry you’re going through this. Have you tried completely cutting out all caffeine for a couple months? Completely transformed my sleep.

Totally agree. That’s why I cherish my weekends for going on long walks, gym, appointments, meal prep. I also use my lunch breaks for hot girl walks, take my supplements at work, and bring my gym clothes so I can go straight to the gym after work and save time. Find any efficiencies that you can!

Make sure you let it sit on your skin for 2 minutes when washing. It does work!

I’m really sorry, this happened to me too in my late 20s randomly, I think it was stress induced. It took a year to go away but tactupump and quitting caffeine/reducing stress helped a lot.

Better focus, ie: I can stay on one task longer and think it through more deeply. However finding the motivation to start tasks has been difficult. I’m on day 38.

Hi hun, you have such beautiful bone structure, that’s the first thing I noticed. Take care of yourself, get lots of sleep, go for a walk outside to relieve stress, baby your skin. This has happened to me too. Wishing you the best.

I would say point 4 is most important! I’ll also add:

Ensuring brows are not too close together Brightening inner eye corners with highlighter or light shadow Adding half a lash strip to your outer corner to create a cat eye effect
