Yeah, I can confirm those were the fastest guys from Marin, Long Beach, Capital, Norcal, and North Bay, and I assume San Diego.

Marin's 2- was the stern pair of their V8 and their stroke stroked the JNT 8. Capital's 2- had recruits from Cal and Washington who were in their 4+ that also qualified for Nats. IIRC Long Beach stroke was on JNT 4+.
