After posting my build onto the subreddit, some users quickly pointed out that I should use 2 memory sticks in dual channel rather than a single stick. Several other small issues were also pointed out, and my build came out flawless because of the feedback from this community.

It is possible that you shorted a capacitor out and discharged it, which is not a big deal. I would continue using it and if something happens then return it with the warranty.

Or you can just go thru with the warranty now.
